This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use our mobile application for adults to exchange or give away children’s clothing (the “App”). It applies only to users in the United States. The App is intended for adult consumers and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

  • Sensitive personal information unless added by a user

  • Information from children under 16

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Your State-Specific Privacy Rights

Rights apply only to residents of states that provide them: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah.
We do not extend these rights to all users.

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” if applicable

  • Limit use of Sensitive Personal Information (not currently applicable)

We do not believe we sell or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising. 


Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah

Depending on your state, you may have rights to:

  • Confirm processing

  • Access

  • Delete personal data you provided

  • Correct inaccuracies (CO, CT, VA)

  • Obtain a portable copy (CO, CT, VA)

  • Opt out of targeted advertising (which we do not conduct)


We do not engage in profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, as defined by applicable state laws.

We may need to verify your identity. States requiring an appeals process (CO, CT, VA) may use the same contact channels.

We retain personal information only as long as needed to operate the App, meet legal obligations, and maintain security. Retention periods vary based on system and business requirements.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information, but no method is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The App is for adults only and is not directed to children under 16. If we learn that we collected information from such a child, we will delete it upon verification.

Cross-Border Storage or Processing

Personal information may be stored or processed in cloud environments that operate outside your state, if needed to support App functionality.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes may be announced through the App or by email.
